People Test x-tend
People Test X-tend (PTX) certification gives you the competencies to analyse and decode the darker traits of a candidate’s personality – also known as risk behaviour. The PTX analysis has been developed as a supplement to a personality analysis, and it is therefore also a requirement that you are an experienced user of People Test Person (PTP) in order to register for the PTX certification. The PTX analysis can be used for both recruitment and development tasks, and the certification is particularly relevant if you are testing people for positions that are relational in nature and have a high impact on other people. For example, sales people, consultants, and especially managers.
PTX Certification
Target group
The PTX certification is aimed at managers, advisers, consultants and HR professionals who want to create value in the organisation by working with personality and risk behaviour. The analysis is used in recruitment, management, coaching and development. The PTX analysis is used primarily for high-impact positions, such as sales people, consultants, managers and executives.
Content
The certification will introduce:
- Personality traits and their impact on behaviour, performance and cooperation
- Interpretation of risk profiles and their consequences
- Own biases in relation to dark personality traits
- Training on how to provide feedback on analysis results
Method
Theory and tools, dialogue, examples, exercises and practical application. To ensure optimal use and value creation of People Test X-tend, there is a preliminary theoretical exam and a final practical exam.

Practical information
PART 1
Theoretical preparation
Theoretical e-learning on our online learning platform, People Test Academy, with a subsequent online theoretical exam. The theoretical preparation for the second part of the certification course lasts approx. 4-6 hours.
PART 2
Physical attendance course
Physical attendance course with a final practical exam. The attendance course lasts one day and is held at People Test Systems’ headquarters.
