Terms and conditions for certification courses
When you enrol for a certification with Assessio (People Test Systems), you accept the applicable terms and conditions for certification courses at Assessio (People Test Systems).
Invoicing and payment terms
Invoicing is done upon enrolment for a certification.
Assessio’s (People Test Systems’) general payment terms: 8 days net.
Cancellation or reassignment
Cancellation or reassignment of a certification must be done via www.peopletestsystems.com or in writing to info-dk@assessio.com. The terms and conditions for cancellation also apply in case of acute illness.
- For cancellations or reassignments 30-60 days before participation, an administration fee of 20% of the full amount will be charged per cancellation.
- For cancellations or reassignments 15-29 days before participation, an administration fee of 30% of the full amount will be charged per cancellation.
- For cancellations or reassignments 8-14 days before participation, an administration fee of 50% of the full amount will be charged per cancellation.
- For cancellations or reassignments 0-7 days before participation or in case of no-show, the full certification fee is payable without refund.
You can postpone your participation in a certification programme for a maximum of six months. After that, the full certification fee must be paid again upon re-enrolment.
If you are unable to attend, you are of course welcome to reassign your place to a colleague.
