• How important was it for you to complete as many tasks as possible?
• What were your thoughts in terms of avoiding mistakes? 
• You may find it helpful to ask the following questions during the feedback:
• How do you feel about trying things out when solving a new task at work?
• How do you avoid making mistakes in your work?
• How do you feel about having to work in an area that you find difficult?
• What do you do if you are given a task that you find difficult?
• How do you feel about expressing something that you find difficult?
